30-day return policy

We want every pair you take home to be the right pair. If your shoes are not working for you, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange them.

What we accept

  • Shoes in like-new condition — minimal indoor wear is fine, but heavy outdoor wear is not.
  • The original box (please don't write on it or use it as a shipping box).
  • The receipt or order number.

How to return

In-store: Bring the shoes and your receipt to our North Palm Beach location. We will process the return on the spot.

By mail: Email Mynobileshoes@gmail.com with your order number and we will email you a prepaid return label. Pack the shoes in their original box, then in a shipping box, and drop it at any UPS location.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, width, or color, an exchange is faster than a return-and-rebuy. We will hold your new pair as soon as we receive your return into our system.

Final-sale items

The following are not returnable for hygiene reasons: socks, insoles, foot creams, custom orthotics, compression hosiery. These are clearly labeled at checkout.
