Shipping policy
Where we ship
Nobile Shoes ships to all 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally — if you're outside the US and want a specific pair, email us at Mynobileshoes@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping (USPS): $9.95 flat on all orders under $180.
- Free Standard Shipping automatically applies on orders of $180 or more (subtotal before tax). No code needed — the discount shows at checkout.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day from our shop in North Palm Beach, Florida. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking the moment your order leaves us.
Delivery times
USPS Standard Shipping typically delivers in 2–5 business days from when your order ships, depending on your distance from Florida. Delivery times are estimates — USPS occasionally experiences delays, particularly around holidays and severe weather. We don't guarantee delivery dates and we can't refund shipping due to carrier delays, but if a package goes missing or is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down.
In-store pickup
If you live near North Palm Beach, you can skip shipping entirely. Select Pickup at North Palm Beach at checkout and your order will be ready in 1–2 hours during store hours. We'll even fit them for you before you take them home — bring your old pair so we can check the fit.

Wrong address or undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you and reship it once you cover the actual return-shipping cost from USPS.
Damaged or missing shipments
If your shoes arrive damaged, or the box looks like it took a beating, take a photo and email us at Mynobileshoes@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with USPS to file a claim and either replace the order or refund it.
