Powerstep Wide is a full-length orthotic insole designed for wide-width shoes. It features a semi-rigid polypropylene arch support sandwiched between two foam layers—a firmer inner Variable Cushioning Technology foam and a softer EVA outer layer. The construction resists bottoming out under weight, providing consistent arch support throughout the day. The wider profile and stable heel cup are sized to fit the contours of wide-width feet without excess pressure on the sides.

This insole addresses plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and posterior tibial tendinitis by supporting the arch and distributing pressure more evenly across the foot.
